Senior Pastor
Pastor Duncan Smith took the call to serve as Senior Pastor for Park Meadows Baptist Church on June 9, 2024.
Pastor Smith came to know the Lord at a very young age in his fourth grade classroom after his teacher gave a gospel presentation at the end of class. Since then, God has called him to preach and pastor. After serving for six years in the U.S. Navy and serving in his local church as an assistant pastor, he and his wife, Alayna, moved to West Virginia to serve full-time as Youth Pastor and Outreach Director at the First Baptist Church of Ranson. They thoroughly enjoyed serving the Lord; however, it is clear that God was leading him to pursue pastoring a church.
On April 28, 2024, PMBC made a decision for the future of the ministry and Pastor Duncan Smith was chosen as Senior Pastor with a 99% congregational vote. May God use the current unity of this church to continue to build His Kingdom and reach many souls for Christ.

Jacob Cranston
Assistant Pastor
Jacob Cranston trusted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of eight, a decision that shaped the course of his life and ministry. He grew up in a pastor’s home in Burlington, Iowa, where he developed a strong foundation in the faith and a heart for serving others. After graduating from high school, he followed God’s call to attend Providence Baptist College, where he pursued a degree in Pastoral Assistance.
In May of 2024, Jacob married his wife, Grace (Pierce) Cranston, and the two have joyfully embarked on a life of serving the Lord together. The following year, Jacob graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Assistant Studies in May of 2025.
During his senior year of college, Jacob accepted the call to serve as Assistant Pastor at Park Meadows Baptist Church. He brings a heart for ministry, a love for people, and a desire to see lives transformed through the preaching and teaching of God’s Word.
